Assessment Services

In Home Assessments

• Regulated Health Professionals, generally Occupational Therapists, assess the client and their functioning in home setting
• Provides opinion regarding need for assistive devices or assistance in the home, and/or ability to return to work, with emphasis on practical and cost effective solutions that promote independence and active client participation
• May include completion of Form 1 as needed
• We can also implement any required services
• Our goal is to facilitate independent function in the home
