TWH-Toronto Western Hospital Location We are located within the Toronto Western Hospital (TWH), which is on the northeast corner of Bathurst and Dundas Streets at 399 Bathurst Street.
Our Main Reception on the 4th floor, room 181 of the Fell Pavilion.

Take the QEW east to the Gardiner Expressway Exit on Spadina Avenue and travel northbound to Dundas Street Make a left turn (westbound) until you get to Bathurst Street From the 401(west of Toronto):
Take the 401 to Hwy 427 South Travel southbound to the Gardiner Expressway Travel eastbound into Toronto Exit on Spadina Avenue and travel northbound to Dundas Street Make a left turn (westbound) until you get to Bathurst Street From the 401 (east of Toronto):
